HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHEESE

Cheese is high in calories and fat and it often contain a lot of sodium .still small amounts can fit into most people's diets. lately some researchers and marketers emphasizing potentially healthful aspects of cheese .CALCIUM, PLUS;Like all dairy foods ,cheese provides calcium and protein ,as some as vitamin A, B12 riboflavin ,zinc and phosphorus .And it's source of conjugated linoliec acid ,a fat that may have an anti-cancer, weight-reducing ,and heart protective effects .FOR CAVITY RESISTANCE ;It's no replacement for your toothbrush , but cheese may help prevent cavity .Ina small study from Turkey last year in the journals caries ,people who ate cheese (just 1/3 ounce) after rising with a sugar solution had a rapid decrease in acidity , which lower the risk of cavities. HEART DISEASE ?Cheese may not be especially good for your heart but some researches suggested that it may not be so bad for it either ,at least when it's parts of an overall healthy diet .And diary foods ,including cheese ,are an important part of anti-hypertension DASH diet.
