AALOO GOSHT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS ;1kg chicken, beef ,mutton(as you like).1/2 kg potato(cut it in cube shape) .3to4tomatoes(chopped). 3 to 4 onion(chopped). 1 full piece Garlic(chopped or grind ).Ginger(chopped or grind).5to6 green chilli (chopped). cilantro (chopped as u like ). 2tbsp red pepper. 1/2tbsp salt. half tbsp Tumeric(haldi ).1tbsp Allspice .2 cup oil or ghee . yoghurt1 cup or 1/2 cup. METHOD;First cook or fry the onion till their color brown now add chicken and all chopped ingredients and salt , red chili, tumeric,  but not now cilantro ,now cook it still 30 minutes now add yoghurt and potato after 5 minutes add 2 glass water cook it till potato tenderizes and also left gravy , take 2 or 3 green chili and chopped cilantro and garnish the aaloo gosht  now its ready serve it with nan or chapati

SPECIAL FOOD; MASALA NOODLES

Noodles is a very tasty and yummy recipe ,it is very easy and quick to cook. And you can add things which you like to eat.But there am publish a recipe of Masala noodle .INGREDIENTS;1 Packet noodles,2 onion,3-4 chopped tomato ,4 tsp chopped coriander ,1 chopped ginger, 3-4 flask chopped garlic, 4-5 chopped green chilli , 1/2 tsp red chilli pepper ,1/2 tsp garam masala powder ,1 tblsp oil.METHOD TO COOK MASALA NOODLES;Boil the noodles as directed to pack, drain them in a strainer and wash with cold water  .keep aside .heat oil in a non stick pan and fry garlic,ginger,onion,green chilli etc until they are golden,add tomatoes along with salt and masala,cook tomato until tender,add the noodles and stir well,cook for a while and remove the fire and serve immediately .
