FOOD FOR CHILDRENS

School going children need more care and parents attention then the kids under the age of four year need because children of the age  between  4 - 7 year passing  through fastest growth process and need nutrients for the daily activities . Along this another fact is children of that age avoid eating plenty of food that can fulfill there body requirements and love to eat junk food like fast food etc.Therefore parents should have an eye on diet of their kids and try to give them healthy food that can deliver nutrients and energy in a pretty good amount. It is most important to know about the amount of calories are needed for child in his specific age . Following the description about the food calories and nutrients will help you a lot in scheduling the diet of their baby.                                                                                                                                   CALORIES ;Obesity is a common problem in school going kids because to insure there health .Parents give them  food that is having high calories .To avoid that mistake , I am telling you the adequate amount of calories that are required and way to reduce there weight .                                                                    Folic Acid ;Folic acid is commonly known as vitamin B, which play a vital roll in DNA and cell division.And for your kind information  am telling you that  the rich source of vitamin B are bred and green vegetables . Iron ;Iron is extremely important biological element . which keep the red blood cells healthy .For getting iron on can eat red meat ,break fast cereals  etc.                                                                                              Calcium ;Calcium  gives strength to bones and dairy products ,as yogurt ,milk etc are rich in calcium .And you can also find  calcium in orange juice and green vegetables and it is necessary to give 1 glass of milk to your child daily .
