Tumeric(haldi ).1tbsp Allspice .2 cup oil or ghee . yoghurt1 cup or 1/2
cup. METHOD;First cook or fry the onion till their color brown now add chicken and all chopped ingredients and salt , red chili, tumeric, but not now cilantro ,now cook it still 30 minutes now add yoghurt and potato after 5 minutes add 2 glass water cook it till potato tenderizes and also left gravy , take 2 or 3 green chili and chopped cilantro and garnish the aaloo gosht now its ready serve it with nan or chapati
